Folded wrappers with printed title on front. 56 pages, 8vo. Number 287 of 300 copies on pure Johannot thread paper, after 56 copies on vellum arches. With an inscription on the title page from Clarac-Serou to American art historian and dealer Lawrence Saphire. Text in French. Small damp stain to top edge of text block, affecting half a dozen leaves towards the middle. Minimal bumping and rubbing to extremities. Otherwise in remarkable condition.
